- We build a draft of your home page, if it’s a fit for both sides.
- You take your time looking at it, then decide.
- The draft costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. It’s yours to use once you order.
Building

- You send what you have: notes, photos, logo.
- We write the copy for every page, build the site and put it online.
- The site is yours. A care plan is optional, from €29 a month; only All-round always comes with one.

- We examine every page of your site by hand and write the review as a PDF: every point with its result, screenshots, the five most important next steps in order.
- You can ask one follow-up question in writing.
- If you order a new site from the Presence package up within 90 days, the full amount is credited against it.

Quote and date
- We send you the quote with the date and terms.
- You say yes and pay the invoice before the session.
- The fixed price is for a video call. If we come to you, travel, accommodation and meals are added; the quote states the amount.

Groundwork
- You answer a questionnaire about what you offer, your customers and your aims.
- We analyse it, check your existing website against 56 points if you have one, and compare both with our analysis of your industry.
- Three hours
The working session
- We take you through a fixed set of questions: what you offer, who you want to reach, why people choose you, what a visitor should grasp in ten seconds and what your customers ask.
- You decide: which audience comes first, which service leads, what is left out.
Write it down
- 5 working days
The written work
- We turn the results into your positioning paper: audiences in order of priority (three at most), a positioning statement with two alternatives, tone of voice. Every claim is backed by facts from your business; what can’t be backed is cut.
- You receive the paper as a PDF. It’s yours: for quotes, your Google profile, flyers and any other web designer.
- 30 minutes
Revision and closing call
- You read the paper and tell us in writing what doesn’t fit.
- We revise it once and talk you through the final version on a closing call.
And the copy in a package?
We write that in every package from what you tell us about your business. The workshop starts earlier: when those answers are still missing.
